All our Italian dishes start with our homemade sauce (a three day process). Our house specialty pasta is Irish American (you have to try this one). All pasta can be served with Meat Sauce, Meat Balls, Italian Sausage, or Marinara.

Eggplant Parmesan
Our eggplants are peeled and soaked in cold water. Dusted battered and fried. We cover the fried eggplant with our homemade sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and our homemade meat stuffing. Topped with another eggplant sauce and cheese. We then bake and serve to you with a side of pasta.
